Donordigital helps nonprofit organizations, campaigns, and socially responsible businesses use the Internet for fundraising, advocacy, and marketing. We provide strategy and implementation to enable organizations to use e-mail, the Web, and other communications to build their constituencies and change the world.

Founded in 1999, Donordigital has raised tens of millions of dollars and recruited millions of new, mostly younger, constituents for our clients. While we focus on online fundraising and marketing, our staff has deep experience in more traditional direct marketing and organizing techniques. Our programs seek to integrate online communications with mail, phone, face-to-face and canvassing, campaigning, house parties, and online and offline events.

For most clients, Donordigital provides full-service work on a long-term, monthly retainer basis. We work mainly for large national organizations, but we also take on some start-ups and smaller organizations that have great online opportunities and a desire to maximize them.

Strategy Consulting. Donordigital can help you develop an Internet strategy that supports your overall goals and integrates with your other initiatives. We can help you define your strategic priorities and create a realistic plan and week-by-week calendar, as well as set goals and benchmarks to measure success.

Creative services. We provide copy writing and design for your e-mail messages, Web pages and Web 2.0 promotions. We develop additional online tools such as badges and "widgets" for MySpace and Facebook, user-generated content contests, and other Web 2.0 features. Donordigital is not a technology provider, but we have extensive experience in figuring out how to get the most from Convio, Kintera, and other software tools.

Integrated marketing. We believe strongly in integrated marketing and we work closely with our clients' direct response staffs and direct mail and telemarketing consultants, as well as with communications, advocacy, and other departments.

Account management. A senior Donordigital executive provides strategic leadership for each account, while a Senior Account Executive handles day-to-day management, along with an Account Executive and staffers from production, advertising, analytics, and other Donordigital departments. We set up regular weekly phone calls with all relevant staff and consultants, plus quarterly in-person review and planning meetings.
